day 20

Unto Him Be Glory and Praise

As we approach the celebration of Easter and end our time together, we can be so thankful for the amazing life our God has provided for us.  While there are trials and tribulations, God makes a way for us as we continue to stand on His Word.  We have learned so much, thank you for being a part of this journey.

 Prayer

Father in Heaven, I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made!  Your works are wonderful.  You have crowned me with glory and honor and appointed me over the works of your hands.  Over these last few weeks you have changed me.  I understand more every day how much every believer has to celebrate as I remember and honor the price you paid for me at the cross.  When you were raised up out of the grave, you completed the work Your Father gave You.  You made a way for me to live that I could never have imagined before I became born again.  Thank you for giving me a new and living way and transforming me into a new creation in Christ Jesus!  I’m so glad old things have passed away and you made me new!  In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Praise God! You are forever changed.  Decide today to stay in this new and living way, victorious in Him!

Read These Scriptures

Psalm 139:14

Hebrews 2:7

Hebrews 10:15-25

II Corinthians 5:17

Revelation 7:9-17

Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.  Psalm 139:14

Yet you made them only a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor.  Hebrews 2:7

For I can do everything through Christ,c who gives me strength.  Philippians 4:13

For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus.  Ephesians 2:6

15And the Holy Spirit also testifies that this is so. For he says, 16“This is the new covenant I will make with my people on that day, says the LORD: I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds.” 17Then he says,“I will never again remember their sins and lawless deeds.” 18And when sins have been forgiven, there is no need to offer any more sacrifices.  19And so, dear brothers and sisters,f we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. 20By his death,g Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place. 21And since we have a great High Priest who rules over God’s house, 22let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water. 23Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. 24Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. 25And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.  Hebrews 10:15-25

This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!  II Corinthians 5:17

9After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and held palm branches in their hands. 10And they were shouting with a great roar,“Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne and from the Lamb!” 11And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living beings. And they fell before the throne with their faces to the ground and worshiped God. 12They sang, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and strength belong to our God forever and ever! Amen.”

13Then one of the twenty-four elders asked me, “Who are these who are clothed in white? Where did they come from?” 14And I said to him, “Sir, you are the one who knows.” Then he said to me, “These are the ones who died in the great tribulation. They have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb and made them white. 15“That is why they stand in front of God’s throne and serve him day and night in his Temple. And he who sits on the throne will give them shelter. 16They will never again be hungry or thirsty; they will never be scorched by the heat of the sun. 17For the Lamb on the throne will be their Shepherd. He will lead them to springs of life-giving water. And God will wipe every tear from their eyes.” Revelation 7:9-17
