day 9

Cast Down Vain Imaginations and Bring Evil Thoughts into Captivity

Remember what we learned several days ago? As a man thinketh, so he is.  Don’t let negative thoughts rule your thinking!

 Prayer

Today God, I choose to cast down negative or worrisome thoughts and purposely choose to meditate on Bible scriptures and positive thoughts.  I’m seeing through your Word that you have a good future for me and that I don’t have to stay trapped with fear, worry, doubt, and depression.  Thank you, God, that I can abide under the shadow of your wings and have peace that passes my natural understanding.  As I meditate and stay in your Word, you make my way prosperous and help me to succeed in all that I do.  You are good to me O Lord and I’m so thankful that your grace is sufficient and your mercy endures forever! Bless the name of Jesus! Amen.

You can do it!  Turn the negatives into positives with God’s Word!

Read These Scriptures

Jeremiah 29:11

 Psalm 91

 Philippians 4:7

 Joshua 1:8

 Psalm 136:1-3

For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.  Jeremiah 29:11

Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.  Philippians 4:7

Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.  Joshua 1:8

1Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever. 2Give thanks to the God of gods. His faithful love endures forever. 3Give thanks to the Lord of lords. His faithful love endures forever.  Psalm 136:1-3
