Splash kindness on someone this week by leaving a large tip with a kind note for your server or even paying for a stranger’s meal. PS, coffee counts as a meal!

Physical Benefit of Kindness
Kindness prevents illness. Not only can oxytocin help lower blood pressure like we learned in week two, but it can also reduce inflammation, and even those small acts of kindness can trigger oxytocin’s release.
